New to Yoga or new to Padme? Make sure to arrive at least 15 minutes before class to fill out the new student form and get familiar with the studio. The New student special (10 days for $15) is only available at the studio, not online. Take at least 3 classes during your 10 days to experience our teaching style; it takes time for the body to adjust to a new "routine".
What to Bring: A yoga mat (you can borrow one from us for free), a small towel, a water bottle, confortable clothing (avoid loose shirts)
What to Expect: To sweat (the studio is heated to 85), to be challenged, to smile and meet great people. Also expect to feel great after class!
Which class to Take: We recommend to start with a Level one class to familiarize yourself with the style we teach. We have a level one class each day, at different times.
Where to Park: There is a small garage in the back of the studio. Spaces are limilted, first come first serve, so arrive early to get a space. There is a 90 minutes limit for parking in the garage. We encourage every one to bike to teh studio, we have a bike rack available up front.
