We offer over 30 weekly classes that are focused on breath, strength-building, and mind-body connection. Most classes are 75 minutes, except for the 6:00am and noon classes which are 60 minutes. We recommend "New to Yoga or to a Flow Style" students to start with a level one class, but any student is also welcome to any "All Levels" classes.
